Understanding our refund and cancellation terms

Once paid, the ₹50 processing fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration payment.

1. Policy Overview

This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for services provided by MYFPC ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By making a payment to MYFPC, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

We believe in transparency and want to ensure you fully understand our refund terms before completing any transaction. Please read this policy carefully.

Key Point: The ₹50 farmer joining processing fee is non-refundable. This fee covers administrative costs, document verification, and digital ID card generation.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances:

2.1 Farmer Joining Processing Fee

  • Amount: ₹50/- (Indian Rupees Fifty Only)
  • Nature: One-time, non-refundable processing fee
  • Purpose: Covers administrative costs, document verification, digital ID card generation, and account setup
  • Refundable? NO - Strictly Non-Refundable

2.2 Why is this fee non-refundable?

  • Administrative processing costs incurred at the time of registration
  • Document verification and KYC checking expenses
  • Digital ID card generation and system setup
  • Bank transaction and payment gateway charges
  • Manpower and operational costs

Important: Once you have paid the ₹50 processing fee, this amount cannot be refunded even if:

  • You decide not to complete your membership
  • Your documents are rejected (you can re-upload)
  • You want to cancel your membership application
  • You change your mind after payment

3. Membership Fee

MYFPC charges a one-time joining/processing fee of ₹50/- for lifetime membership activation.

  • Total Membership Fee: ₹50/- (One-time)
  • Refund Status: NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Validity: Lifetime membership upon approval
  • Recurring Charges: None - No annual or monthly fees

Note: Once your membership is approved, you will receive lifetime benefits including a digital ID card and access to all member services. The processing fee covers these lifetime benefits.

4. Withdrawal Refunds

For withdrawal requests made from your investment balance:

  • Withdrawal Status: Once approved and processed, withdrawals cannot be reversed or refunded
  • Failed Transactions: If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect bank details, the amount will be credited back to your MYFPC account within 3-5 business days
  • Disputed Transactions: Contact our support team within 7 days for any withdrawal-related issues
  • Chargebacks: Any chargeback initiated by you may result in immediate membership termination

You are responsible for providing accurate bank/UPI details for withdrawals. MYFPC is not liable for failed transfers due to incorrect information provided by you.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Membership Cancellation

  • You may request membership cancellation at any time
  • No refund will be provided for the ₹50 processing fee upon cancellation
  • Upon cancellation, your digital ID card will be deactivated
  • You will lose access to all member benefits
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our support team

5.2 Pending Application Cancellation

  • If your application is pending verification, you may request cancellation
  • However, the ₹50 processing fee will NOT be refunded
  • The fee has already been used for processing your application

Cancellation Notice: No refunds will be issued for membership cancellation, regardless of usage duration or approval status.

6. Payment Errors

In case of payment errors or technical issues:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same transaction, please contact us within 7 days for a refund of the duplicate amount
  • Wrong Amount: If you are charged an incorrect amount (other than ₹50), contact us for correction
  • Technical Glitch: If payment is deducted but membership is not activated, contact support for resolution
  • Processing Time: Refunds for payment errors take 5-7 business days to process

Time Limit: Payment error claims must be reported within 15 days of the transaction date. Claims beyond this period may not be entertained.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding refunds:

  • Contact Support: First, contact our customer support team to resolve the issue
  • Escalation: If not resolved, escalate to our grievance officer
  • Documentation: Keep all payment receipts and transaction IDs for reference
  • Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Assam, India
  • Resolution Time: We aim to resolve all disputes within 15 business days

8. Exceptions

Very limited exceptions where a refund MAY be considered:

  • System Error: Technical error on our side causing duplicate charges
  • Fraudulent Transaction: Unauthorized transaction proven to be fraudulent
  • Legal Requirement: If required by applicable law or court order

Note: Even in exceptional cases, the ₹50 processing fee remains non-refundable once the application has been processed.

Refund Approval: Any refund approval is at the sole discretion of MYFPC management and is final and binding.

9. Refund Process

If a refund is approved (in exceptional cases), the process is as follows:

  1. Submit a written refund request to support@myfpc.com
  2. Include your registered name, email, phone number, and transaction details
  3. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method
  5. Refund amount will be credited within 5-10 business days
  6. Payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount

You will receive email notifications at each stage of the refund process.
