Please read these terms carefully before using our services

1. Introduction

Welcome to MYFPC ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MYFPC.

Important: By registering for membership with MYFPC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To register for membership and use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a citizen of India
  • Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Not have been previously suspended or removed from our Services

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. MYFPC reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time.

3. Membership Terms

MYFPC membership provides access to various benefits and services. Key membership terms include:

  • One-time Processing Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of ₹50 is required for membership activation.
  • Lifetime Membership: Once activated, your MYFPC membership is valid for life with no recurring fees.
  • Digital ID Card: Members receive a digital ID card that must be presented when requested.
  • Non-transferable: Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

MYFPC reserves the right to modify membership benefits, suspend accounts, or terminate membership for violation of these Terms.

4. Payment & Fees

All payments made to MYFPC are subject to the following terms:

  • Processing Fee: ₹50 one-time fee is payable at the time of registration.
  • Payment Methods: We accept Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) and UPI payments only.
  • Payment Verification: All payments require screenshot upload for verification.
  • Refund Policy: The processing fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Disputes: For any payment disputes, contact our support team within 7 days of transaction.

Note: The ₹50 processing fee is non-refundable. Please ensure you understand this before completing your registration.

5. Withdrawal Policy

MYFPC members may request withdrawals subject to the following conditions:

  • Minimum Withdrawal: ₹100 per transaction
  • Processing Time: 24-48 hours after approval
  • Limit: Maximum 5 withdrawal requests per hour
  • Pending Requests: Only one pending/approved request allowed at a time
  • Bank Details: Accurate bank/UPI details must be provided for successful transfer
  • Fees: No processing fees for withdrawals

MYFPC reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests if suspicious activity is detected or if verification is required.

6. KYC & Documentation

To comply with regulatory requirements, all members must complete KYC verification:

  • Required Documents: Aadhar Card and PAN Card (mandatory)
  • Document Verification: Takes 24-48 hours from submission
  • Document Quality: Uploaded documents must be clear, legible, and authentic
  • Updates: You must promptly update any changes to your KYC documents
  • Verification Rights: MYFPC reserves the right to reject documents that do not meet quality standards

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in membership suspension or restriction of services.

7. Privacy & Data Security

We take your privacy seriously. Our data practices include:

  • Data Collection: We collect information you provide during registration (name, email, phone, address, documents)
  • Data Use: Your data is used for membership management, communication, and legal compliance
  • Data Protection: We use industry-standard encryption and security measures
  • Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law
  • Data Retention: We retain your data as long as your membership is active or as required by law

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our Services. Prohibited activities include:

  • Providing false or misleading information during registration
  • Uploading fake or forged documents
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems
  • Using multiple accounts or impersonating others
  • Engaging in fraudulent transactions or money laundering
  • Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or staff
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

9. Termination

MYFPC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Providing false or fraudulent information
  • Non-compliance with KYC requirements
  • Engaging in prohibited activities
  • Upon your written request for account deletion

Upon termination, you will lose access to all membership benefits and your digital ID card will be deactivated. The processing fee is non-refundable upon termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYFPC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • Actions or omissions of third parties
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect credentials

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to MYFPC (excluding the processing fee).

11. Changes to Terms

MYFPC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

  • Post the updated Terms on this page
  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top
  • Notify members via email for significant changes
  • Require acceptance of updated Terms for continued use

Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
